Harrow Council says thousands of the borough’s pupils will benefit from its decision to make four Schools Streets permanent.
Following a Covid enforced hiatus, Hackney Council’s road safety officers resumed roadside activities with primary school pupils last month.
“Lowering speeds is one of the most important things we can do to reduce road danger and make it easier and safer for people to walk, cycle and use public transport.”
TfL has hailed the ‘progress made’ by the Capital’s trial of rental e-scooters – with more than 585,000 trips having been undertaken as part of the scheme.
