Training on Drink Drive Course

Yesterdays Member Training on the Drink Drive Courses that are available to drivers who have been recorded over the limit, was brilliant. It may be considered that this is an easy option to get a licence back a few months early but it proved to be a far reaching memorable learning strategy. Well done to Liz Brooker for making us realise just how beneficial this type of training can be.

I agree, I think it gave Members an insight into a classic road safety issue and highlighted how complex an issue it is, as well as giving them an idea of the kinds of things that can be done to tackle it. The feedback I have received from Members that attended has been, without exception, really positive.
